Bormioli Pill Dispenser

Our health is always our priority. However, for some, there are a lot of pills and medications that we need to keep track of. There are the regular daily pill organizers, but with our Bormioli Pill Dispenser, it uses a semi automatic function to help you keep track of the dosages for each medication. With an accompanying app, easily keep track of your medications, view which doctor gave the prescription, and get reminders of which prescriptions you need to refill.

Ideation
As we figured out what shape we wanted for the product, we moved on to tackle what kind of mechanism would work best to dispense the pills. With each phase of ideation we aimed to finalize what mechanism would do the job. The best method was using an aperture like mechanism in order to regulate how many pills will come out. A screen with a pill counter also helps to show how many remaining pills there are. A door in front of the opening will hep catch the pills. The twist mechanism helps our product fit snuggly onto any pill bottle.
